Facility can be processed within 72 days.

What are the qualification criteria?

IPF application form and agreement dully completed by the insurance company and the relevant insurer
A standard /Special guarantee and indemnity executed by the insurance company covering the total exposure at risk
Deposit in cleared funds of at least 1 month’s instalments
Standing order/direct debit/post dated cheque for the remaining monthly installment
A premium schedule indicating the policy details
